Management AccountsOnce businesses grow to a certain size or have ambitions for rapid growth we recommend the preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts. These can be reviewed with the managers of a business on a regular basis and compared to budgets and forecasts to measure how the business is doing and identify any key areas of concern. For some of our larger clients we meet them monthly and will review the figures with them by power point and discuss key performance indicators. We will also compare the businesses performance against competitors in the same industry to bench mark your business. |
